There's no standard recipe for that at all, just experiment and go wild, chaining two arps for example, followed by side chained BPM gated pre-delay reverb

Do you mean sidechain as a gate or from the bass drum for track movement

Sidechaining from the kick, this will give solid indication of timing if arps timing interval goes weird or out of sync.

I would definitely agree with lysol that Cthulhu is great for generating arps and it's very easy to manipulate once you spend a couple minutes with it.

BlueArp is my favorite. I tried another called Stocas but this shit doesn't work in Live.
