I had a Zoia. It did sound very good, but I thought that I could get over that interface and I never could.pekbro wrote: ↑Wed Jul 28, 2021 11:55 am I like the reverbs in the empress zoia, the coolest thing about them is that you can set them up with
all the other stuff in the zoia, pitch shifters, inverters, granular, loopers, cab sims etc. You can
create some truly interesting and unique effects that would be impossible in likely any other pedal.
Not to mention they are from empress and very high quality imo. According to them you could replicate any of their stand alone reverbs with the zoia.
What delay and reverb units should I buy?

Delay: Empress echosystem, very flexible and very good sounding, but the boss RV500 and DD500 are also excelent for the price, and have better interface

Benidub has some great hardware reverb and delay desktop units. VERY dubby. I have the original version of the spring reverb amp and a collection of different sized tanks I switch between. It's mono but when I want stereo I just render each channel separately. It's got a great analog filter that can be modulated for some pretty wild sounds. I would love to pick up their delay to go with it at some point, but it's pretty pricey.

Not for everyone, no doubt. Fortunately, the interface works well enough for me. Trying to keepzerocrossing wrote: ↑Thu Aug 05, 2021 3:36 pmI had a Zoia. touchscreens like that in the Beebo, is what drives me crazy. Though the screens I am used to
via some 1010 modules, are not that great in quality I think.
