As far as i can tell only now defunct Crispy Tuner, Autotune Antares Access and Waves Tune RT are truly zero latency (they have a few samples, but report none to the host, and really do feel like nearly zero latency)
Vocal Bender i guess as well?

Yes, Vocal Bender does not report latency to the host. Havn't tried if it still introduces some.
FL Studios Pitcher does also not seem to introduce latency.

just tried vocalbender and it feels like it does have some latency, but it sounds good. would need to measure it tho.
