I'm looking for sampled synths classic or new in wav format. What's the best source to get some?

Hi, try Hollow Sun http://www.hollowsun.com/vintage/index.html, depending on your sampler you can either do a convertion or just use the individual .wav files. Also have a look at the donation page. Have fun!

I agree.Hollow Sun is definately the way to go to build up a vintage library. The collection is outstanding in its variety, quality and diversity. And it's worth visiting the site just to learn about the instruments.
If you're a Reason user, and would like to get that library all at one go,you may be interested in this:

Another excellent source of classic sounds is Sonic Reality. The new Sonik Synth 2 is a monster of a synth sound collection, and uses the Sampletank 2 engine and effects.
