Reselling a Transferred License

Can I sell on a license that I purchased from another? Is there a limit on the number of times a particular license can be passed on?

So, there's no restriction at all.

The same license can be indeed sold multiple times without any problem.

Just make sure in case you acquired multiple licenses at once, that the license you'd like to resell isn't linked to another as the other will then automatically follow the transferred license.
