I have Impact Soundworks' Shreddage 3 Rogue.
I got to playing with the settings to create my own snapshot, which got me to thinking...
Is it possible (Legally or physically) to download other users' snapshots?
Say someone got their guitar to sound like Chevelle's guitar, or Breaking Benjamin..
So I googled it, I searched it over in the forums I came across, I checked the company site.
Is there no community of folks sharing their presets, or is there some legal reason this doesn't happen?
Do User created Snapshots in Kontakt exist?

There are so many Kontakt instruments the logistics of sharing User snapshots in a central place might be overwhelming.
However, very popular instruments might add User snapshots. For example, Spitfire Audio shares snapshots for the Sound Dust Kontakt instruments they sell:

I believe those should be legal, I have even seen some prominent YouTube reviewers post snapshots with some presets or tweaks they made - cannot remember what reviews those were though.
But nothing like a big centralised community. Your best, and likely only, option is to search through forums belonging to the developer of each particular library.
