Video import issue in Ableton Live 11. No audio?

I have never worked with video in Ableton before but now I'm trying to import a .mov clip from the Spitfire scoring competition (see there : https://www.spitfireaudio.com//stargirl).

At first I had some error message from Ableton (something about corrupted file) preventing me from importing the file into a track, which seems like a common issue that should be fixed by downloading the appropriate demuxer, which is Haali Media Splitter (recommended by ableton https://help.ableton.com/hc/en-us/artic ... n-of-Live-).

I did this and now I can drag and drop the video file onto a track, and the video is properly displayed. But the audio doesn't work, Ableton shows a blank audio file for this video, while it should have sound (win media player reads the video with the audio).

I installed ffdshow but it didn't change anything.

Does anybody have any idea about what's going wrong?

Ableton Live 11 Suite/Windows 10 64 bits
