That's about it, I think! Does anybody know if installed sound libraries, etc. will still work properly if I only move my OS to a new drive? I know that some of my libraries say you have to re-install if you want to move them, but since I'm only moving the OS, I thought maybe it's possible that the installed locations that the OS would reference would still work. Anybody know for sure? I'm using Windows 10.
Thanks.
Can I still use my sound libraries, etc. if I move only my OS to a new drive?

Assuming you mean adding a new drive with OS installation and libraries on another drive. In the tools I've used the plugin directory is configurable, so could be changed if the drive order changes, etc. Seems like a lot of libraries have installed apps though and presumably registry entries that you'd lose.

Yep, you can use all your libraries withouth any problems because moving the OS doesn't cause any changes on the system, it stays the same but on a diferent physical location. This changes when there's a reinstall, some plugins may no detect correctly the libraries, but most of them will keep working even on a new installation
