The music I listen to is and was always scattered over all genres and decades – okay I had a heavy Rap music phase in my teenage years, although I was rather on raves than at Rap music partys at this time
I still listen to Rap but rather out of interest whats going on so it takes 5% of my music listening time.However, nowadays I listen 50% of the time stuff like Burzum, Bongripper, Feldman, Siouxsie and the Banshees, et cetera.
I listen almost never to music which lays in the genre I produce and if so than it's most of the time whether something non-contemporary or just loosely related to my genre.
