I bought B2 yesterday and due to problem with the dl link in my confirmation email I used up all 5 of my downloads without actually downloading the installer. Several support requests have got me nowhere except the automated response. Does anyone know if the dl limit resets automatically after a period of time? Does anyone know a better way of contacting 2caudio support?

I had several licence transfers with them. They are really, really slow. But don't worry, all ends up very well every time. It's only a matter of waiting.

Hm, the installers are generic, right? I could send it to you...

The downloads don't reset.

Exact same thing happened to me some months ago when I got it. Their support did help me out. I think they had to reset number of downloads and then have me download it from their site? I don't recall the details, but their support did get back to me within a day or two.

Thanks for the offer, I was able to download v1.2 and it's working fine on windows 10. I guess I can wait until support gets back to me. Not even sure what's the diff between 1.2.0 and 1.2.1, may not be important.

Thanks for your concern, I'm breathing. I'd seen a few posts that suggested 2caudio weren't very responsive so I was looking for reassurance from existing customers. Which I got
