Well, Ample Luthier Alhambra seems a good choice, but I'm curious if this commercial VSTi really
suits well as fingerpicking guitar, too, since I need a good one for my compositions and song ideas.
My maximum Budget is: 200 Euros. Any serious suggestions are very much appreciated (If you suggest a contact solution, please none that requires the full contact version / commercial and free stuff as well)

It may not be exactly what you want (and be outside of your price range), but Native Instrument's Session Guitarist series sounds awesome and authentic.

Evolution Modern Nylon is good. Realitone Fingerpick 2 has a nylon as well. Both are in your budget, both run in the free Kontakt Player.

I have the nylon guitar from Ilya Efimov, it sounds really well.
In use: Kronos LS, MicroPiano, Spitfire Albion V Tundra, BBCO Core, Nylon Guitar Ilya Efimov, Xtant Audio Uilleeann Pipes

R.I.P.: Korg DS-8, Roland D-10, M1Rex, Wavestation, JV2080

:( @BLForest In terms of quality it might be a good choice, but requires the full contact version, so absolutely no option.

I remember Spicy Guitar and String Studio being pretty good, but I got better results pointing a rando mic at a garage-sale special.
Wait... loot _then_ burn? D'oh!
