I have an ASMR audio file of a voice which also includes the usual extra sounds pops and clicks and scraping noises, and I want to extract just the voice from all of the other sounds. What software would you suggest for doing this?
I have heard that Cubase 10 and 11 can do this, or isotope software?

You can try Acon Digital Acoustica's Remix tool by selecting only Vocals.

Thank you I will try that! I see Cubase 11 has spectral layers, which seems to work well from the tutorials I have watched, can anyone compare that? I will be updating to cubase 11 from 9.5 shortly.

Try Spleeter.
...because I found no time to try it myself :P

Or Izotope Music Rebalance. That one works for sure.

Yes, it does work well with Cubase Artist 11 (with Spectral Layers) which I have.
In use: Kronos LS, MicroPiano, Spitfire Albion V Tundra, BBCO Core, Nylon Guitar Ilya Efimov, Xtant Audio Uilleeann Pipes

R.I.P.: Korg DS-8, Roland D-10, M1Rex, Wavestation, JV2080

Mashtactic by Quickquack is designed for voice removal/isolation.

SpectraLayers works really well for this. The One version with Cubase is good enough if you just want to take the Vocals out. If you need to separate the instrument layers, then you need a bigger SKU.

If you own Samplitude Pro X Suite, then you can upgrade to X6 for $199 and get SpectraLayers Pro 8 as a bundle.

That's the cheapest way to acquire the software.

"Notifications for Nothing" are annoying. Blocking me in return is a good way to avoid this.

iZotope RX9 has the functionality to isolate voice/instrument from the mix. It's called "Music Rebalance" you can fine-tune it to your liking using the RX9 complete feature.

Free, btw. I have tried. Sometimes it works better than others but worth a shot.

I think all those separate mix tools are based on the spleeter technology… Individually enhanced of course…

Hey,

There is a android app called "moises" that can split a track into drums, bass, vocal and instrument. I've had decent enough results with it. Its great for practice as you can play the track and turn off whatever stem you want. I also has an export feature so you can save the stems and use them in your DAW.
