Alternate fixes for Presonus Hub not authorizing on Mac?

Am new to forum, apologies mods if there is a more suitable place I should post this.

I tried to install the Presonus Hub to take advantage of the free Berserk download, and as I found from a quick google search, I've now joined a group of Mac users who can't seem to get the Hub authorization to work.

I tried the solution of adding recommended folders to my hard drive, but that didn't fix it. Wondered if anyone might have other suggestions. Thanks in advance.
