Do you guys have any tips on getting clean beginnings and ends to your samples?

I'm not sure if I understand. If you have clicks when looping a sample, try fading it in and out slightly.

Trim the front and fade the end (depending on material). If we're talking loops then find a suitable zero-crossing point.
