Hey guys im no pro in synths structure/filter etc so pardon me but i wonder the following questions:

1. What can repro do what diva cant?
- diva afaik covers more different modules but lacks some effects from repro (hope u-he updates it here :))
I didnt made a 1:1 test with some basses etc.

2. I read lately that Zebra has the filters from Diva so does it mean that Zebra would or can replace Diva? Or what has Diva for unique features over Zebra?

What i know and i dunno why, all u-he vsts sound so great i dunno why... maybe it is just the sound design but i just live my u-he synths.

It's worth mentioning that some of repros effects are really synth parameters and they can be modulated. The Jaws and ResQ are pretty much synthesis blocks you'd find in a modular. Repro 5 also has polyphonic distortion, really good for distorted chords that stay very clear. And due to the max filter cutoff, Repro has a brighter sound than Diva. They seem similar on paper, but they're noticeably different in practice.

As far as Zebra, I feel like it's a bit overkill for basic analog subtractive sounds, if rather use Diva/Repro/ACE for that and save Zebra for the unique interesting stuff the other synths can't do.

They emulate different synths for a start. Zebra doesn't though. They are different enough to have all of them. :)
