Does anybody know how to delete a hyper set in logic??

Not possible. You can only clear it and rename it to something neutral.

You can, however, import hypersets from an empty song if you want to "reset" them. This will result in only the GM set and the MIDI controls set.

If it is about re-organizing (changing the order of) your sets, then use the "select all event definitions" command following the "copy/paste event definition" commands and thus 'move' the empty hypersets to the end of the list.

Options

Song Settings

Import Settings...

Then uncheck everything but "Hyper Edit Sets", click "Import" and select the song from which you want to import the Hypersets.

If you don't have an empty song, then move your Autoload song out of the Logic folder, select "new" from Logic's file menu and save that song as the one to import from. After you have done so, you can move your Autoload song back.

I have done as you said...but It does not work.

my program does not load the new hyper sets.

I I have an emty song I can import hypersets...but not with tunes im working on ,,

its wired

That's indeed strange, and I have no idea why this should be. Sorry.
It works perfectly here.

Sure you've not misread this:
"..., click "Import" and select the song from which you want to import the Hypersets." (?)

No..I did make an emty song...with no hyper edits...and then I imported that one.

..But nothing it did not change the hyper edits. I still have 12 different or so. ..

Then I tried to start with an emty song an import from another project ...and that went fine....but that was not what i wanted...I wanted to get rid of all the hyper edits..

I am using logic on pc..version 5.51 or something like that. And it is not a craked version so there is no reason why it shouldnt work.

I found out how to put my favorit hyper set on top thoug..thanks for that tip. Actually I think I can get by with that.

You made me curious, so I tried it again (Logic6), and... you are right: The existing sets are overwritten with those present in the file you import from; and also if there are more than the existing ones in the file that you import from, they will be appended. But 'overlapping' existing ones are not being deleted. I was sure this worked in previous versions! So nothing seems to be wrong with your version.
