Hi,

I want to buy a new PC and I would like to get some advice since this is my first AMD build. Below is the build created via the PC builder. Any advice and suggestions would be much appreciated before I make a start to investing.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3060TI
Memory: 16GB (2 x 8GB) G.Skill Ripjaws
Storage PCIe-SSD: Samsung 970 EVO PLUS 1TB M.2 Solid State Drive
Power Supply: Corsair RM (2019) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified
Case: Cooler Master MasterCase H500

Which one would you recommend?

Very good silent cooler, but pay attention to memory height.
With sticks taller than 40mm you will have to set the front fan higher
and the case may not have enough CPU clearance.

All the USB ports on my MSI x570-a pro fail constantly. I’m either going intel or mac m1.

I'd recommend a Seasonic Platinum hybrid PSU. The fan will never have to turn on.

RAM is cheap enough that you should do at least 32GB.

@Pictus... Yep, I did all that with support and bought a USB card (not with those specs) that didn't work either. Running the latest BIOS now and still have issues. I work in IT for a living. Just don't want to see anyone lose money like I have. I'll be selling the 3700x CPU and using the ram and drives in a possible new build. The motherboard is going in the trash.

Your CPU or motherboard is faulty, I believe more that the motherboard is faulty.
I have 2 AMDs here, one 5600X + TUF B550 and 3600 + MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX
and zero problems, but before BIOS update USB was not good with the TUF.
Both with overclocked RAM to 3733MHz.

This is a VERY good card! Rensesas chipset!!
You can do an experiment, place the GPU in the PCI_E3 slot and
the USB card in the PCI_E1, the first slot does not pass through
the chipset, also show me a screenshot of Zentimings.

Start with the motherboard. I've loaded up a new build with an Asus B550-F Gaming motherboard this week in partnership with an R5 5600X and it's superb. Low DPC latency with few tweaks, overclocks very nicely, managed to reuse my Noctua NH-U14S yet again...

As already mentioned...maybe go for 32GB RAM? If you're going to splash the cash on the other stuff it seems odd to scrimp on the RAM. 16GB is plenty enough for me, but I use a lot of h/ w as opposed to all sw. Sensible to future proof it a bit more with more RAM, and that's not going to cost that much.
