I tried to get on the 8dio site today, and Microsoft is listing the site as unsafe?

microsoft is right - someone's injected a script that's redirecting to a spammy page after about 10-20 second. luckily the target page isn't working or has been taken down by the webhost after complaints.

Thanks, looks like I may miss the deadline for the 60% off sale if it’s not fixed in time.

it might take a day or two at least to fix the problem unless they can do an immediate restore from a clean backup. I wouldn't be surprised if they tack a few extra days at least onto the sale because of it - as nobody is going to be keen to buy from the site while compromised.

I got a message back saying they've fixed it (or at least they think they've fixed it - wordpress vulnerability apparently).
