Don't know of any plugins that will do this, but apps like Cubase and Logic can handle it with ease.

Some hosts (Sonar, for example - and I think Cubase) can.
Finale Notepad Plus ($24.95) and most score-writing programs can convert MIDI to scores, as well. I have PrintMusic (their mid-range product).

Where is the sig police when ou need them? Check you sig before teach sees it.
Any host will be able to do basic scores. For more pro stuff finale is the most favoured.

Yamaha XG Works. Rather 'primitive' in it's printing style, but gets the job done. And lot's of other cool features as well for the price. 
I should use it more myself.

Doug E, use Cakewalk, select the Staff view, configure it, select the tracks you want, print it and there you go!
