For instance, I just found a way using the delta mode of soothe2, to isolate quite convincingly, the lead vocal of an achieved production through a send return loop right before a 100% reverb unit
So I could reverberate the voice specifically, without noticeable side-effects on the instruments the resolution and reduced artifacts coming out of soothe has allowed me to do such a trick
My interest is to debate here on this renewed flexibility we can hope in a near future on working on mastered tracks....soothe is a example, but we also can count on tools like retune or pitchman
all these tools give considerable spaces for retouch final mixed in a creative way of course, but we likely can count on a pro level of manipulations in a near future and under some limes getting more and more flexible
