I had an $80 upgrade price. Way to go Eventide! That's the way to do upgrades.

Post

Dang, mine is $160. And I’m only missing SplitEQ plus the upgrade to SP2016 from 2016 Stereo Room.

I had SplitEQ and SP2016. I'm picking up a few of the H9 series effects, but I already had about half of those too. I'm also like 20 minutes away from their offices so maybe I got the local discount.

$240 here. Honestly I only really care about the Clockworks bundle and I'm only short a couple of those.
But this is a little cheaper than the Clockworks upgrade for me right now.

Might do it. But I might regret it if I do. Then again I might regret it if I don't.
Maybe I should be posting this in the thread about buying plugins you know you'll never use.

:ud:
THIS MUSIC HAS BEEN MIXED TO BE PLAYED LOUD SO TURN IT UP

I own all of them already. So upgrade is full price, like another license, instead of moving to the bundle. Go figure…

Post

My upgrade price is 80 for owning the previous Anthology and the H9 bundle + SP2016 (and even a single copy of Spring lol). I think I will stand pat.

Did you have the prior bundle?

Post

My upgrade is $40. New to me would SplitEQ, MicroPitch,CrushStation, TriceraChorus, EChannel, EQ45, EQ65, Precision Time Align, Precision Time Delay.

The one's I own are separate licenses in my iLok so I would have to bundle them all in Anthology XII. Probably worth it...

Indeed. And the H9 bundle.

On second thought, I think this may be a poison pill in the context of the value of the licenses on the 2nd market. Long story short, I would have more re-sale value of I keep the plugins separate and buy the one's I dont have in future sales vs paying $40 to get them and then everything is bundled. I am comparing the re-sale value of the plugins separate vs bundled and I think it makes sense for me to avoid the upgrade because I prefer to have the option to recoup costs on plugins I no longer use. I know many don't care about license transfers and the asset value of transferable licenses, but for me it's an important consideration.

That's really strange. They used to be more specific about what upgraded what, it seems like it's a bit of a crap shoot now.

I don't know that they remove them, I don't know that they don't, either. I just know that I still have multiple singles that were a part of the bundle upgrade at some point.
