What is the most experimental/glitchiest effect plugin that you know of? I am talking about things like granular effects, sample mangling, etc...

MXXX. All the smartelectronix stuff (especially DestroyFX. Spectrumworx (discontinued). SpecOps. Stutter edit 2. Those can all get as crazy as damn near anything else that exists. If you have a semi modular host like Bitwig then you can combine all types of shit in very weird ways with random modulation. If you need someone to make your plugins weird for you then you should maybe practice just screwing around with something like reaktor or just doing extreme automation of a simple delay line.
