Good, huh? Refuses to install anything. I’ve just upgraded from 10.14.6 to 11.6.4. Not, in fact, to 0.0
I’ve googled, and found suggestions of hacking an install file to allow installations of 0.0 and above, but it didn’t work. I’ve contacted support - just thought I’d start this thread in the vague hope that anyone out there knew of any other methods.

For future forum searchers - the latest version of Waves Central fixes it. What threw me is that it updated itself, but not to the latest version. Manually downloading and installing it worked.
