I'm hopeful such a thing exists. If not, it should.
Thank you!!
Can you give me an example? I have a few DAWs and never discovered such an option. I hope/trust you are correct. It would be wonderful to see students banging away on the keys without being out of key.
Wouldn't it be simpler if you name what DAW you have ?tommyzai wrote: Fri Mar 11, 2022 12:56 am Shoot! I no longer have Cubase. ;-( Can any other DAWs do this?
Or . . . what DAW I will get!
Will it allow for exceptions, e.g. a flatted 7th? Will it do keys and scales?
Most of the major DAW's today can do that one way or another. Live, Bitwig, FL Studio, Studio One, Cubase... Reaper too I think.tommyzai wrote: Fri Mar 11, 2022 4:43 pmOr . . . what DAW I will get!Which DAWs besides Cubase can do this? I'm intrigued by a special plugin, but if a DAW has this built in . . . . Can any DAW allow users to set key/scale and ignore out-of-key notes? Can exceptions be selected?
These students have enough failure in their lives. They need some good notes before I introduce the bad.![]()
