Is it possible to use RC without defining chords? I want to define scales on a measure-by-measure basis (sometimes more than once per measure).

For example: there's no value to me in choosing a C major chord. I think of that as a triad built on the C major scale.

There's no minor seventh chord... it's a seventh chord built on the dorian scale. Dominant seventh chord = a seventh chord built on mixolydian scale.

Also I have no need for calculating roots relative to a tonic. No I-IV-V - it's all "I" over the current root note.

Is there a way to use RC without having to choose chords in the master track? I only need two pieces of information - a root key and a scale. My phrases are then all written with scale degrees (or chord tones, 1-3-5-7-9-11-13).
