FXB Manager?

Hey all,

Is there such a thing as a preset manager?

IE where u can open a soundbank in FXB format, and manually move presets around?

Example: I've got a sound bank done in FXB and its in this order

1 to 30 = leads
30 to 60 = pads
60 - 90 = bass

etc.

But i need to fit some more leads in (20/30) and i need to put them in before the pads (for convienience)

Is there a preset manager or something like this i can do this in? instead of manually moving each one up 20 steps...or exporting the fxp and re-importing the fxps i need to move(could be VERY tedious)
