Hi,

I ask this question here because the Steinberg Resale Wizard is currently offline and the support doesn´t reply.

I have sold my Groove Agent 5 license and want to transfer it to the buyer. The license was saved on a "Soft eLicenser" and shall be transfered to an other one from there.

Can someone tell me how that works with Steinberg products?

You can't transfer a license from a soft eLicenser. You need to ship the license on a USB eLicenser.

Also, make sure to de-register the USB eLicenser from your account, when you ship it. That way the new user can add it to his account.

The USB eLicenser is 21,90 €, if you order it from Thomann.

Some step in the wizard will get you there, but I'm not sure for which situations this is applicable.

It's unfortunate that you have to buy a USB eLicenser to be able to transtfer eLicenser licenses. Had to do that once in the past too... Thankfully, the transferred licenses had a value over 100 €, otherwise it wouldn't have been really worth my while.
