In search off: batch processor with vast options and audio editor with 'smart functions'

Is a tool existing which comes or is a a batch processor which can do this to wav files:

• normalizing to any predefined values

• mix mono to stereo

• change sample rate and bit-depth

• inserting vst plugins with automatic delay compensation

• trim silence to next zero cross

• editable rename options (at least pre- and suffix)

Disclaimer : I use (partly wavosaur) and Reaper at the moment for some of the tasks – I've set up a big bunch of actions and customized stuff to use Reaper how I like to, yet it still lacks some features and is a bit well awkward workflow user experience,

Furthermore I wonder if there is an audio editor or dedicated tool which is able to:

• seamless looping

• auto-slice

• auto-name slices based on predicted content

• remove duplicates

• apply VST effects with auto-PDC

• normalizing to any predefined values

• slice-export
