Yes! We're working on it right now. Kickstart is streamlined for Kick transient detection (although it works just fine on almost all percussion that has obvious transients, snares, hard synth sounds etc),
while ShaperBox is made for a wider range of control. But yeah, it's going to come!

What is really cool about this is the release/sustain/freeze slider. I have a similar plugin and wasn't sure if I would really want/need this one. But the ability to mess with the release/sustain/freeze that the other one doesn't have made me buy it. (Well that and cableguys always generous updates)

Besides audio triggers, that obviously will come to ShaperBox (which I have already), are there other features that isn't in ShaperBox, or won't come to ShaperBox?

Yes, while VolumeShaper is an advanced multiband tool for more than just sidechaining, with a drawable LFO and compressor on all 3 bands, Kickstart 2 is a fast and focused plugin for kick/bass sidechain ducking, but with new features (audio triggering and kick/bass waveform overlay) that are not (yet) in VolumeShaper.
