As the title says. I'm looking to move away from Distrokid and the price isn't bad for mastering.studio's service. I just can't seem to find opinions from anyone who's used it.
Thanks in advance.
Does anyone have experience with Plugin Alliance's mastering.studio music distribution?

I moved away from master.studio for distribution because it is sorely lacking. The support is painfully slow -- I was waiting 36 hours for a response on occasions -- and when they did respond for the issues I had, their response was "contact this third party to get it handled", meanwhile, my tracks are listed on another artist's page.
They merge in tickets that have nothing to do with each other, and then close before they really answer either one. Even now when I'm asking to get things canceled, they are referring me to the third party to have my tracks removed, and that response came several days after the request, not even including the weekend.
I wanted to like it, because I like PA's products in general, and the mastering part of their platform is solid, but I can't, in good conscience, recommend it, because it's very barebones, it requires a lot of reaching out to a third party anytime you need something handled, and it's honestly a pain to use in the first place.
