Hi. I'm wondering if there is a sotware alternative to the Boss SY-1000 guitar pedal. That pedal basically take your audio input and turn it into various synth sound, with the option to mix in your guitar sound. Is there a software that does something similar in one package?
Note that I'm not searching for something that will transform my guitar playing into midi, but something that work directly with the audio input. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Software alternative to Boss SY-1000?

Fretted Synth Audio used to make some, but they are 32 bit only.
I think they were Synthedit creations, but they worked fairly well from what I remember.
Monophonic only, of course.

Look for the ones that say "guitar triggered synth" in the description

Jam Origin Midi Guitar / Bass plugins, a plugin that tracks and converts audio to midi, and you route the midi out to any synth you want (and it also has a simple builtin in GM synth with sounds)

+1 Jam Order but also need a amp setup like Guitar Rig and a synthesizer (so no one package software exists)
Note the audio will definitely play before the midi synth. You will likely have to set up a predelay on the audio, and hope that the latency doesn’t fluctuate. And unfortunately playing with a predelay is super annoying
