PluginBoutique are not providing me Revoice Pro license

Bought vocalign ultra from pluginboutique about 5 months ago. 3 days ago bought “vocalign ultra to revoice pro 4 upgrade” from pluginboutique. They didn’t provide me the serial number instead in the serial # field it said “please send email you ilok id to… “ , I emailed them, no reply for 2 days.

Emailed support,

I sent them screen shots of the vocalign ultra being in my pluginboutique account and serial number.

the reply I get from them is:

“your iLok ID is not being recognised by the Synchro Arts system as having the correct VocAlign Ultra licence registered to it and I am therefore currently unable to process your crossgrade and provide you with a Revoice Pro 4 code in your user account”

Now I’m stuck without revoice pro activation even thou I paid for it.

And what next steps I can do to get my money back from them ? Or to get the license. Because working with their support is a dead end.

Ok. I bought, like, 30 plugins from them. Never had an issue. I also contacted their support once, about a duplicate license I couldn't find, which was my fault, simply overlooked it. Their support was very responsive, I think they even replied to me on the weekend.

Please, if you have a single issue with a license, which might not even be PB's fault, don't make it a general thing, and bad mouth them on the internet, just because of a single issue you have, which might be easily fixed by contacting the developer of the plugin. That stinks.

have to agree with chk, things can go wrong with computers, they're shit. it's easy to get frustrated and assume we've been ripped off, but usually, calm contact, moves things along.

You could also log into your iLok - Account and see what Licenses are there? Then send them a Screenshot of that as Proof.

But is it on the same iLok id you sent them ? Seems like they can't upgrade because it's an iLok issue and not about whether or not you have Ultra in your PB account

Contacted SynchroArts they confirmed I have the license for vocalign ultra. They asked me to have PluqinBkutique contact them. Email pb again. i have hopes this will get sorted out soon.
