Anyone have a preference for a Waldorf Pulse 2 Editor?

I am between a Mystery Islands and a Monstrumpulse editor.

Unfortunately I heard crappy things about both programmers with stability and customer service. The one I am using now is a standalone, whilst I require a VST one.

There is an expensive one that Midiquest has but right now, I only require this one synth editor so buying a Midiquest bundle doesn't seem financially sensible now.

Anyone have any input? Or output :P?

Not for a Pulse directly.
I own a Blofeld and a Virus TI and have a Mystery Island editor for both.
The developer is still at it, very passionate and highly responsive.

I only have the MI editor and I can’t say that I’ve noticed any stability issues with it, although I don’t use it very often. It’s a pretty well thought out editor and super intuitive. I recently bought an Access Virus C (Indigo 2 Redback) and plan on buying the MI editor for that as well.

I tried all the available ones and found them all worse than using the instrument's own physical interface. Mind you, I was pretty disappointed with Pulse 2. I was looking for a Rocket on steroids with patch memory and got something completely different and not as good.

Won´t argument with any of you. I can solidly work with the Mystery Island editors.

What was your experience with the mystery islands one? Any particular issue that made it difficult to work with?

It was a few years ago and I don't specifically recall, sorry. The Monstrum one was the only one I put any real effort into and I couldn't get it working.

Ok cool thanks I was leaning towards the Mystery islands, it seems from these users, this may be the way to go.
