Anyone knows Motion Array, Storyblocks etc? any tips? looking for After Effects Templates

hi guys, so while looking for After Effect templates etc. i stumbled upon some pages but i just dont understand their licenses...

for example Motion Array lets you download and use EVERYTHING afaik WHILE you are subscribed you you HAVE to publish it in the subscription time. ok, but when i created a video with their assets and wanna publish/upload it after subscription i may not do it, afaik.

Storyblocks seems to let you use and created ALL downloaded files EVEN after the subscription?

i dunno if i understand these pages correctly, what im looking for and even as subscription maybe, are templates mostly (maybe some pics and small video clips as well) which i can use forever! even after subscription. which pages let you do this? personal and commercial and royalty free?
