From the questions you ask, that is not a "Sound Design" topic. Coders are found in the DSP & Plugin Development section.
I always thought rendering is the easy part. Collect audio data streams, sum them, write that to WAV file. There must be at least halve a dozen open source libraries that can do that last thing.
