VSL is offering a free 30 days trial for its Piano Synchron series. I've never owned anything from VSL personally, so I thought I give it a try. So far I've only tried Bosendorfer Imperial. A ton of control, mic positions...etc...etc... under the hood. It's really fun to experiment with mic positions in particular, but at some point it needs a lot of juice especially if you play thick harmonies at a high tempo.

My pianist friend played this original piano composition to showcase the library. It's a very nice piece and his playing technique is just amazing. Check it out if you like:
