Hi. Can anyone help?
I plug my Receptor in and the screen stays in 'Initialising System' mode.
I have connected a monitor and keyboard but have no other idea as to what I am supposed to do so it boots up. It is also plugged into the internet.
Have read so much online as uploading and rebooting but am a complete noob here.
Please help?

Also, it asked for a password, which I don't know, which can be obtained by contacting Muse?

try "Receptor" (without the quotes)
Dug this up via the closed Muse Research subforum, if it doesn't work you can try "official" support:

Muse Receptor 2+
