Can you even sell ohmnisphere once it has been activated? I thought it came with like an activation key with like a once type use thing but I could be totally wrong.

You can resell Spectrasonics products per their FAQs:

If OP is new to KnobCloud, I know I personally choose not to purchase from sellers who have 0 sales due to scammers. Bias? Maybe. Discriminatory? Probably. Catch-22 for new users? Yeah I get that but it’s my money (not) getting scammed lol.
OP listing Omnisphere for a few hundred bucks with a brand new account, 0 previous sales, and no star ratings or buyer feedback is probably gonna be a hard sale (pun intended) for other users. The icing on the cake would be listing it without a thumbnail picture, that would just scream “scam” lol.
If you do list on KnobCloud, my advice would be to hammer it home in the product description that you’ve obtained the license transfer code, and say something like “If interested please message and I can send a screenshot of the transfer code documentation (with code marked out) or we can confirm with Spectrasonics support.”
Something to let people know you can get Spectrasonics to “vouch” that it’s legit.
