Probably The Terminator.
I also just watched an interesting thing about the Terminator 2 score... But yeah, I like the first movie's score better.

That one was wicked indeed.
Not sure about film music scores, but, I liked the ones from Jerry Goldsmith a lot (Star Trek, Alien, Total Recall). I'm more a fan of game soundtracks. System Shock 2, Thief, Deus Ex are my favorites.

a lot of the Lord of the Rings trilogy
Star Wars ep 4-6, plus Duel of the Fates (and the Mandalorian if that counts...)
