the new Nux Mighty Plug Pro micro-amp has been released!

On the eve of the release date for the new Nux Mighty Plug Pro, I made some new presets for my 'old' 1st-gen Mighty Plug last night, so easy with sliders and buttons on smart-phone or tablet, and sounds excellent in some Apple earbuds gifted my way at Christmas.

Mac Jones at thegearpage mentions the new version evidently has much improved software, and a much requested front and center volume control, and a usb-c connector on the end, vs the original side-mount micro-usb. MikeSRC at the same page posted a video demo of the Pro version from Jimmy Lin:



Somewhere in the $110 range. Such gizmos are great fun to play with whatever
is on the stream, with headphones over the earbuds, and easy to draft some favorite
fx chains without the plugin or hardware amps getting involved

Fender's Mustang Micro has been out for awhile, at similar price, but uses colored lights
to guide the player through the provided gear, without a phone app.
