Hi! I tried to do a phrase with some chord-movable notes and some fixed notes (along the lines of the arpeggio in Lange/Skye's "Drifting Away" and I couldn't get it to work.
I am attaching the phrase as a screenshot.
I expected the #2 notes to change with the chord but the C5 and B4 to stay the same when the chord changed, but the absolute notes also went down when then chord changed.
If all the notes were absolute then nothing changed.
Using 4.4.2.
Don't know how to attach file here; could send it as an email directly if desired.
Thanks!
Newbie Q: absolute notes in phrase editor not working for me?

When you select a note in the phrase editor, are you locking it?

Hi! I wasn't locking the note, that was the problem. Thanks!
I do think the documentation could be clearer on this point, especially because the reading of that chunk of the documentation suggested that the notes were "absolute".
