How to make that sound...

Hey, I was wondering how the treble part of this bass was made. I'm not interested in the low frequency part more so the top of the bass. It sounds very familiar in a way, I'm almost certain it's used elsewhere? Sounds 80's, like something kate bush would use or similar. Anyone have any idea? Tried looking through my dx7, CMI and juno presets, but only found things sounding close.

Its from 2.07 and comes in at every start of the bass note. Wood-like sound.

It's a unison saw bass.

Not talking about the low-end, talking about whatever is kicking in on the top. Sounds like a wood-ish 80's kate bush, dx7 kind of digital sound.

you probably have to listen closely to notice is

There's 2 presets for Vital attached. The main one might work for you but otherwise I'd solely use a unison low-passed bass with the log Drum preset as a 2nd layer and mix to taste.

I see that you mean the attack part of the sound. :tu:
