How can re-install IK Plugins only the ones that I have licenses for ?
I have some that are demo and some expired demos, I want to only have installed the ones I have licenses for.
so far I deleted all of the IK multimedia plugins form my AU, VST and VST3 folders.
I re-Installed T-Racks5, but installed all of the T-Racks5 plugins, even the ones I don't own.

this has been a complaint of IK for a long time. there is no way for you to install only the plugs you own. their installer forces ALL of their plugs owned or not. i suppose to coerce people to demo their product? it is a very bad business practice imo. it would be simple enough to have the installer allow checking boxes of product owned but IK refuses to do this even when 100% of their customers complain constantly about it. only thing you can do is to physically go in after installation and delete all the plugins you don't own which it is a real pain... either that or let IK eat up your disk space unnecessarily.

IKM are a strange company. They bombard you with the hard sell, then in the summer you can get all the software you want in the group buy for a couple of hundred Euros.

Simply buy them all.

Most of their stuff is replaceable.

learned my lesson.. not only this but also my other TRacks products I bought 10 years ago don't show up in custom shop not IK product manager, but they are authorized and work in a DAW.
IK really screwed up here, their 2 apps for licensing management , and neither of them can even show al the product licenses I own.

IK-Peter has mentioned that they are working on doing this exact thing, allowing users to select only the software they own to be installed. Can't recall where I read it, but I read it a couple of different places, and no, I'm not going to look for it.

IK doesn't even let you exclude unwanted plugin formats from being installed on Mac.

Every time I update, I have to go and delete all of the VST2, AU, and AAX plugins from my Plug-Ins folder. It's annoying, but it's not the end of the world.

I recently acquired a IK bundle from a KVR user here and I'm still downloading and installing them. Multiple things I didn't like so far.

- Instruments have "greyed out" sections if you do not have the necessary extras, for example in Modo Bass 2. Why do you even show them in the first place?
- You can select where to download the files but you have to manually do the installation if you want to change the installation location or else it will eat up your C drive.
- You need to pay $10 to download the products that you OWN after 180 days, what the hell is this? You need to keep the installers on your drive all the time if you don't want to pay $10.

This is my first experience with IK, I still haven't got the time to try their instruments or effects yet.
