MiniMoon music player

I've been working on a basic music playing app since since I like having a local music library instead of streaming and the existing native players didn't seem great for one reason or another.

The current version is pretty basic but has a library interface and plays most formats. It's open source so anybody can chip in and help add features. I plan to keep on improving it in my spare time.

Note that I still need to get Mac notarization set up so you have to right click and choose "Open" to run it for now. I should have that fixed soon.
