Retro Plate Sound
This plug-in was inspired by and physically modeled after the EMT 140, among other classic plate reverbs, giving you the best out of each classic piece of hardware in one compact yet powerful package.

Vintage Luxury
This solid gold model is any plate-enthusiasts dream - you can now recreate the sound of a large plate reverb built out of one of the most luxurious materials in the world, right in your DAW, for free.

Simple & Easy to use
We kept this plug-in as simple as possible, making it quick to use and highly effective. With classic pre-delayd, damper control, bass cut & a modern day dry/wet control you can easily dial in your dream reverb.

Thanks Black Rooster for the free plugin but also a HUGE THANKS for an installer that 1) lets us select the plugins we already own, but also, 2) remembers the previous selection the next time you run the installer. This is exactly how others (T-Racks, Universal Audio) should do it!

Very generous! Thanks a lot! :hail:

I am confused though: wasn't the 240 the one with the gold(-foil)? (to be able to make it more compact)

Yes, Thank You for the free plugin.

The installer could be better. On my Mac it installs the VSTs even if the VST box is NOT checked. That is a bug! Also seems to remember any plugins that were ever installed, whether or not they were subsequently uninstalled, and appears to key off of the .bom files that turned up deep in the innards when I searched to see what was left after running uninstaller. When I removed them, the installer reset "Upgrade" vs "Install" back to defaults. The uninstaller should really uninstall those bom files too.

Hey, thanks for asking. It is the GOLD-plate of the RO-140, but less CPU-hungry. So you can add a trillion instances or so - depending on your system setup. Hope you like the gold sound.

Hey Jens, we don't offer a plug-in called "240" -- we have implemented a gold-plate to the RO-140 though, which is not a foil but an actual plate.

Would love to get a ballpark indicator of the decay time at each damper time on the GUI. Same for the pre-delay time. You can at least see the pre-delay values if you open up an automation lane in your DAW but not being able to see the time on the GUI is a bit of a hassle. Especially because the scaling of pre-delay is very non-linear.

But thanks Black Rooster!
