hahaha yeah didn't hear that sound initially but I think its a simple sine pitching up

BA - FM Bass v2.zip

Try this preset.
I used a comb filter to make it more metallic and a random waveform to create weird FM harmonics.

the 12db/Oct filter helps too instead of 24
