TAL-Drum can't find waveform start, end, loop start, loop end info

can someone please show me where to find this info on tal-drum. I should be seeing something like this:

to add to OP, when i go into Wave View it lacks start, end, loop start, loop end info as shown in 1st post. I only see this:
