Ableton support is very quick in my experience. the turnover time generally less than 24 hours.

The last time I contacted them it took 3-4 weeks for them to get back to me. That was December of last year. So who knows.

They've always been pretty quick (2 or 3 days) in my experience ... maybe it's a busy time.

I don't often require an answer, I'm just reporting bugs, so I can't say. If I had to rate Ableton's overall interaction (or lack thereof) with the public, I'd give them a failing mark. Good thing the software is so good.

In my experience Ableton support is awesome. I have a Push 2 which has an issue and support has been overly... supportive.
Will get a replacement unit soon

Ableton's Support any good?
