Sample clicks/overloads randomly - why?

this is a strange one, i use TAL Sampler in a project and i got Attack some ms up, and i hear RANDOMLY, not always when i play the song with a click at the start. i get crazy i just dunno why. the limiter isnt even touched by this sound at the limit, so it isnt too loud either. when i solo it it also sometimes clicks, and sometimes not. does anyone have any ideas?

i dont get this at all and wonder what might cause this still?
