Tal-Sampler 4.2.1 MOD-MATRIX stretch bug (linux)

Modulation "Stretch" through the PW (Pitch Wheel) has little to no effect.

I chose a factory preset for convenience. Any loop will do.
steps to reproduce:
1) load preset "Factory_Presets/EmptyVessel/Chords_Stabs/EV-Juno60ChillyPadStab".
2) Enable stretch by choosing CYCLIC
3) MOD-MATRIX:

Amount =  -1.0000     modulation destination = Sample Stetch A     modulation source = PW

Pushing pitch wheel up should stretch the loop = Not Working

From MOD-MATRIX:
Change

modulation source = PW     to     modulation source = MW

Pushing modulation wheel up should stretch the loop = Working

I've passed that on, I wonder if it's because the pitch wheel is a bipolar modulation source and the mod wheel is unipolar so the mod amount they generate is not the same, potentially.

Interesting though, toggling stretch algorithm to INTELL does have an effect, albeit not as intense as other midi CC's.

hmm interesting! Patrick is working on it, will be fixed in the next update. I'll try and ping you here when it's uploaded. Cheers for the report, quite a gnarly bug.
